Description
This 1 day course is designed for employees who have completed Level 1 and are continuing to work in your food business, are required to have additional food safety skills. The timing of this training depends on whether they work in a high or low-risk area. Level 2 consists of 25 skills which should be completed within:3-6 months if working in a high-risk area and 6-12 months in a low-risk area.
