The Award in HACCP Workshop for Food Manufacturing / Retail / Catering is a one-day training programme designed to ensure candidates develop the requisite knowledge and practical skills to implement a HACCP plan in their workplace. Candidates will be assessed by an assignment that requires the development of a HACCP plan.
The qualification covers the following topics:
Designed for: Staff members that will have an input into the design of a HACCP system and subsequent maintenance and monitoring of the system.
Course duration: 6 hours minimum
Assessment method: Assignment
This course is delivered by a Food safety consultant through our interactive online training facility. This greatly reduces the cost of participation on the course.
