Overview
The course is very 'hands on' with practical activities throughout the programme. This course includes comprehensive training and use of the statistical software package MINITAB Release 14 or 15.

Each participant receives a comprehensive delegate pack including Catalyst's Lean Six Sigma Improvement Toolbook, Statistical Tool guides, Worksheets, Project examples and support materials for use in Minitab.

Course Outline
This course is an accelerated foundation course concentrating on the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Delegates explore the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC Project Structure. Elements of each phase which are covered in the course include:
